Accounts receivable automation platform, now owned by Flywire, that runs invoicing, collections and cash application on top of your existing payment rails.
Invoiced is an accounts receivable automation platform founded in Austin, Texas in 2013 by Jared King and Parag Patel. Flywire, the Nasdaq-listed global payments company, acquired it in August 2024, and it now ships as Flywire's dedicated invoice-to-cash product for B2B finance teams. The distinction that matters for buyers is that Invoiced is a billing and collections layer, not a card acquirer. It issues the invoice, chases it, presents a customer payment portal and reconciles the cash, while the underlying card or bank transaction settles through a connected gateway or through Flywire's own network.
Invoiced no longer publishes a rate card or plan tiers. Since the Flywire acquisition the product is sold by quote through a demo, and Capterra lists it as contact vendor for pricing, with no free version and no free trial. Expect a platform subscription scoped to invoice volume, entities and modules, plus separate payment acceptance costs. Those payment costs are not Invoiced's own rates: card and bank debit pricing comes from whichever gateway you connect, or from Flywire where you use its cross-border network, so the real cost of a paid invoice sits in that contract rather than in the Invoiced subscription. Modules include A/R automation, Smart Chasing dunning, a customer portal, payment plans, CashMatch cash application and analytics, with native connectors for NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Workday, QuickBooks and Xero, plus an API for everything else. Invoiced states that its platform has been independently verified for PCI Level 1 compliance by a QSA, and stored payment credentials are vaulted at the connected gateway rather than in Invoiced itself.
Invoiced targets mid-market B2B finance teams that already have an ERP and a processor and are drowning in manual collections: high invoice counts, net terms, partial payments and messy remittance data. Multi-currency support and direct debit coverage through ACH, SEPA and Bacs make it workable for companies invoicing across-borders. It is the wrong tool if what you actually need is a merchant account, a consumer-facing checkout, or self-serve pricing you can sign up for online, and it is oversized for a small business sending a few dozen invoices a month.
Pricing at a glance
Custom quote only. Invoiced stopped publishing plan pricing after the Flywire acquisition, and payment acceptance is billed separately by the gateway or network you connect.
